All calls are returned in the order they where received, MALS calls you back by using a private number instead of using the office phone number, they always leave a voicemail for me, I never have spoken to a real person. Honestly I can’t say whether or not I recommend this company/organization/employer, because I haven’t received any kind of services from them. I will say this for this to be a legal service I am really disappointed. They never tell you on the phone recording what real office hours are everyday with or without COVID 19.

I would like to thank Memphis Legal Services for giving me the guidance I needed to get an appeal with IRS. I have been able to have a due process hearing. I was told about the attorneys that’s at 140 Adams,that give free Legal Services. I am a senior citizen and a victim of identity theft. There was an attorney that had been a victim of identity theft. He showed me how to fill out the form to have a due process hearing. I have been able to file and amend my tax returns to show proof that I didn’t owe them. My 2015 return stated I owed $3,058, after the appeal I received a letter stating I don’t owe them any money. IRS is now working on my 2012,2014,2013 & 2011 tax returns. I truly appreciate you for taking the time to tell me how to get help. You should be proud of yourselves, because I am proud of you. I now know how to handle the courts and other areas that I need help in. I thank God for you.
