I wanted to post this review because there are quite a few bad ones. I have legal shield and needed landlord tenant matters in NC. They did an amazing job! They got the issue completely handled within a matter of day! Every time I call an attorney is available. The intake and submission process is easy. It’s definitely work keeping the membership. Just got off the phone with a Steven Gebo from this office. I have been a member for the past 4 years or so and did not appreciate the way Steve handle or phone consultation. Very rude and uninformative. Answered every question with the same answer. I call in for help and to gain a better understanding of a legal situation and did not feel helped at all and felt as if he had no interest in helping me at all. Now wondering why I have been such a loyal client if this is the kind of treatment I’m going to receive when It’s actually time for me to be helped. Worst experience I’ve ever had with an attorney in my life…. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I received a call from someone that appears to be named Shakeena. She was meant to give me legal advice pertaining to a domestic issue. She advised that another involved party “should fire their attorney.” After dropping the call, I did my own research and found completely different information than what she provided. I’m attempting to call this office. No one is picking up my numerous attempts to speak to management.

Critical: Professionalism, ResponsivenessNever seen so many incompetent “lawyers” in one place! You explain your problem and they draft a letter that is completely different from what you said. They don’t call you back and once they write you your ONE letter they are done with you. Alex Beurgey interrupts you and talks over you, Lisa Estes will tell you that you have unrealistic expectations and hang up on you and Attorney Lyon will NEVER call you back! Overall they are disrespectful and obviously shouldn’t have passed the Bar or psychology wasnt a course! Critical: ProfessionalismTypically very helpful unless you speak to attorney Steven Gebo. If you get him on the phone I suggest asking for someone else.
