I am so thankful I signed up for the legal plan through my employer. They cover almost anything I can imagine and have a huge selection of attorneys to choose from; you’re not force fed an attorney they provide. When I have called them directly, they have superb customer service, who are quick, thorough and efficient.

I got Hyatt Legal Plans through my insurance plan. It was reasonable price and I was thinking to make a will. It took for a while to find an attorney because there are many of them in the list. At last I found one and she was a perfect match for me. She explained very well, responds to my questions quickly. At first, I thought it was easy to make a will. When I started building a will, it was almost like opening the Pandora’s box. I started having many questions and doubts. She was patient and gave me appropriate suggestions. I didn’t know before, but I made a Durable Power of Attorney and a Patient Advocate with the will at the end. All of them are included in this service. I think it is a wonderful and affordable service. I will recommend Hyatt Legal Plans if your insurance covers.

Very disappointed with the service I received from start to finish, I was given a list of attorneys that absolutely could not or would not help me. When I finally got to talk to an attorney I was treated as if my issues were not worthy of their time I felt rushed and the attorney seemed irritated with me I have hyatt legal through my job, but will definitely be cancelling, I feel as if some of these attorneys are enrolled with Hyatt Legal to make money just for taking your phone call just to say sorry I’m to busy to help you(or care)!

Update: After leaving this review Hyatt’s Digital Marketing team reached out and was able to connect me with a different rep to review my case. This new rep was far more respectful and helpful. He agreed to pay the disputed fees, however my lawyer was not happy with their negotiated price and has decided to stop working with me. I’m updating my rating from 1 star to 3 stars as this process has taken hours upon hours of my time to sort out. I am hopeful that we are now on the right track, but I’m not sure if I will renew this plan when the time comes. I’m just not convinced it has been worth the investment.

To be honest, most of the one’s on the lists do NOT practice what they say on the lists. I have had issues as well and am, thinking seriously about withdrawing my money as well. When I was having landlord issues, the lawyer I went with was really NO help! Waste of my time. Now, I am looking for a lawyer who deals with family law. I contacted one last week and had to leave a message. I still have NOT received a call back and will move on to someone else. Red light ticket issues same thing. So, there are two companies that I am going to take to small claims court on my own and I am paying these folks to basically keep a job. Oh, I am referencing he offices in the Frisco/Dallas Texas areas…
