Me and my husband went and file bankruptcy with this man. We paid 1500.00. After not hearing from him in over a month, we called him and couldn’t get ahold of him. We left messages and he never returned our calls. After trying for weeks he finally answered. He said he dropped the ball because he was sick and then asked if were expecting any return on our taxes. When we said yes, he said it would be best to wait until after we receive our return and waited a few months or they may try and take our taxes. Then started the whole routine again. Never being able to get ahold of him. Me and my husband ended up getting a divorce before we ever got ahold of him again. I then told him that we would need to file separate bankruptcies. He then said we would have to pay an extra $700 to file. I told him that I didn’t think so because he was the one who dropped the ball not us. He said he would at least need the filing fee which was $300. I agreed to pay that and then he started the whole routine again with the taxes saying we should wait to file until after getting and spending the refund. Again he never filed them. He moved his office out of Muskogee. End of story, we paid well over $2000 back in 2011 and never filed our bankruptcy. We then had no choice but to pay out all our credit and/or have bad credit. So basically he is a thief. He never return any more calls, never filed and never gave us our money back.
