Very knowledgeable and empathetic. Michelle seems to genuinely care about your situation. She promptly gets back to you if you have a question or concern about your case. She doesn’t blow you off and seem just conserved about payment for her time. Some attorneys seem to be fixated on payment for “their time” and aren’t spending any time on your case. Aggravating. But Michelle aggressively works on your case and there is no nonsense.

Terrible and utterly disappointing service. My wife and I retained this law office for a routine real estate transaction and could not have been received with a more arrogant, uninterested and indifferent attitude with regard to our questions and concerns. Then, after a first purchase offer for our house was withdrawn, Mrs Gu declined to represent us related to a second offer, for no apparent reason. As a fellow attorney, I can say I would never speak to or treat my clients this way. Stay away from this place.

I contacted Michelle after I received a traffic ticket. Her office sent me paperwork to apply for Traffic Diversion that had multiple (incorrect) copies of the same ticket to send in. I sorted that myself but when I applied, I found that I was not eligible based on the small amount of criteria they use. Something that would have been known to Michelle. I immediately contacted her but didn’t hear anything back for 4 months so after a month, I reached out to the DA, explained my situation and was charged a fine. By the time I DID hear back from Michelle, She had just reached out to the DA about my now-paid ticket. It was well past the time the court gave me to file paperwork and would have meant that, if I hadn’t sorted it out myself, I would have likely had my License suspended.
