Very shady, I should have posted this years ago, but I didn’t. After my accident, I hired MARCUS MICHLES as an attorney to handle my case. Mistake. I never meet the man face to face just on a video chat, and my case was quickly passed on to another attorney. MARCUS MICHLES specifically told me he would negotiate with the insurance company and not go below the established dollar amount I agreed to with him; this did not happen. On his own without consulting me dropped the established dollar amount from 75k to 12k and told me not to worry about paying my medical bills. Is this a normal practice for lawyers to tell the client not to worry about paying the medical bills? Then again, it’s not their credit they need to worry about as long as they get their 33.33% of the cut. Save your time and look elsewhere. I’m embarrassed for him to be a military vet and show a lack of integrity towards his clients. If you are currently with him and feeling the same way I am, then you are not bound to him; you can seek out another lawyer if you are not happy. Research it. Never again
