Recently closed on a property using Midtown Law. We had an enormously frustrating time with lender. The lender’s poor management (not Midtown’s) caused multiple delays and last minute deliveries of the closing documents. However, the team at Midtown was there to help every step of the way. Angie and Dana were extremely communicative with me and ensured my interest were properly maintained despite the last minute changes and unresponsiveness from the lender. Even after I wired too much money for closing (because the lender made several last minute mistakes on the CD), Midtown Law promptly identified those discrepancies and refunded my excess payments. I could not have asked for a better legal team to support me in dealing with such a difficult and frustrating lender. They truly had my back.
