Low bar passage rates, but I guess that’s not the problem of the faculty. In an effort to address that issue the Board of Directors suggested requiring the LSAT to enter. That’s a very bad decision. Why would a student spend $200 on the LSAT to attend an NON-ABA approved law school? Doesn’t make sense practically. Theoretically, if students do take the LSAT and score good, they can apply to a ABA approved law school. I really don’t think this new admission policy was clearly researched. Birmingham School of Law doesn’t require the LSAT and they aren’t ABA approved. It seems to me that most new students will simply apply to BSOL. With all that being said, give Miles a chance if you have the money and time.
