I am not going to say Ms. Ramirez is incompetent. But, her legal office is something other than keeping her client’s interests in mind. Her office pushes to keep everything out of court and her office has bent towards the will of the opposing lawyer on every arguable aspect. I am writing this as a proxy for her client. I am recommending to Ms. Ramirez’s client that she fire Ms. Ramirez and finish a divorce that is a year and a half old at this point. Just an example of what I am dealing with here, it’s not uncommon for Ms. Ramirez staff to call and ask what state is her divorce in? This has occurred multiple times, her office has no idea where this case is at or what we are waiting for to move forward in this process. There are much worse example’s of this office at work but I will leave it here. In short, there are other law offices that would be better than this one if you have to face a divorce.
