Be aware and very careful of this firm.communication is very poor and each time you speak to someone there you get a different answer. I have been waiting over a month for “ The attorney to call me “ nothing. I signed a settlement of one amount and then all of a sudden that amount changed after the letter was signed and still haven’t gotten nothing.This is bad business from this firm I wouldn’t recommend.

Was rear ended pretty hard and had some whiplash and soft tissue damage from it. This office hasn’t done anything but open a claim for me. I was hit from behind 2 weeks ago and the other driver’s insurance company isn’t trying to accept liability. Meanwhile, my car hasn’t been repaired and I’m making chiropractor visits and this office is telling me to file an uninsured motorist claim through MY insurance. What is the point of having an attorney if they’re not going to fight on my behalf?? I’m constantly reaching out to them to get information. Not a single person from this office has called ME. I was told last week that someone named Scottie would be calling me last week…It’s a new week and still crickets. Next time, I’ll follow my first mind and go with the Reaves law firm. Or Morgan & Morgan. Seems like they fight for their clients unlike Mogy
