I was recommended Patrick through a client friend of mine and Patrick along with Julie and Peggy have far exceeded my expectations! There was no fluff or pretentious jargon, Patrick told me EXACTLY what to expect given the nature of my case and it materialized just as he said! Quick thorough responses from Patrick and Julie, Peggy is really a ray of sunshine whether you’re walking in or calling by phone, if you’re feeling down you will NOT be after encountering Peggy! Patrick has taken my case on as if it were his and they have all made me feel as though I am part of an extended family (especially during times you feel as though you’re alone). I am very fortunate to have found this Firm, this team, this staff, and most importantly these genuine group of people! This firm is money hungry, be aware. Throughout my case I had to constantly keep calling for an update on my case and what the next steps would be. They would go months without contacting me until I would reach out. I had also added 1,000 dollars to my trust and after seeing it was not added I had reached out and spoke to Peggy who is their legal assistant and she had mentioned there was an issue with their accounting and it would be added soon. It took them 5 months to finally add it after constant calling and added interest on my balance. When I decided to close off my case I asked to have my remaining balance on my trust and was told by Patrick I actually owed them. I went through all my invoices and attached them proving I had no outstanding invoices and in Patrick’s words he said he was uncertain of what accounting issues existed and without going into the accounting and spending anymore time on this, I still owed the firm money. This was VERY unprofessional considering the fact I included all the invoices given to me PROVING I did not owe them NOTHING. He did NOT look at those invoices and instead dismissed me. I had to print every single invoice and take them up to the office just so I could prove I did not owe this firm anything. Patrick finally reached out letting me know I indeed did not have an outstanding invoice with them and had money in my trust I could collect. Never did I receive an apology or acknowledgment of his mistake. If you go to this firm make sure you save ALL your invoices because the same can happen to you! On the other hand Peggy was great!

They did try to help me. But we were unsuccessful. I’m trying to get my money back after being ripped off by a used car dealership. I did my part. And follow the legal procedures in a case like this. Bought a $20,000 vehicle with over an estimate of $12,000 plus in repairs. I even got pulled over by law enforcement and was told the vehicle is illegal to be on the az highway.This is a nightmare. I’m glad the firm tried their best. At first I misunderstood the information. But the law firm was very polite, patient and more than willing to explain it to me. So that way they make sure I understand all the information and the correct steps .That was a good relief. Another good thing was . They were good on detail in the case, which is very important. The only reason why I give it a four stars. Is just because I didn’t really feel they were not aggressive enough. Maybe because I am an aggressive person. I do not down play anything or make it bigger then it is. The price was also great and reasonable . But I need additional 5k to continue to go to court . When I get that, I definitely will feel comfortable for the frim to help me. So I can keep fighting for what’s right . I’m going to protest at Nation Autohub on 20th ave & Van Buren. And make sure everybody I know, knows what they did . I have proof and will send flyers out, too . It took me 4 yrs to save to buy a vehicle. Nation Autohub is not going to put me and my family through this and get away with it . Hopefully I’ll be making another review in the future and with five stars because we won our case. Pray for me .

This law firm not a good choice. Monahan assigned me with one of his inexperienced law clerks. Disaster. I did most of the work myself. Two letters and sure not worth what they charged or should I say overcharged.FIND ANOTHER ATTORNEY!

I cannot say enough for Patrick and his team as they were incredible. I was faced with an uphill battle that caused an incredible amount of anxiety and after retaining Patrick, we discussed a plan in great detail, and adapted as necessary. Every time I had a concern and reached out both Debby and Patrick were both very responsive and practical. I am so thankful they helped me navigate these turbulent times. If I were to ever have any legal issues again, I will be using them again.

Lady up front is really nice which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one. The lawyer himself is pretty much a caricature of all the lawyer jokes you’ve ever heard. A know-it-all but didn’t even read one page of the things I sent him in advance. I think this man has a specialty somewhere in the real estate world, and probably does well there, but definitely not a representative of my problem.

Mr Monahan and his team are just great. I cant explain how confident you become as you work with them over time. Being able to focus on other parts of your personal and business is key. This team allows you to do this with no worries that the hard work on your case is being done. Though, my case wasnt easy in the end results speak for themself. Patrick made sure keeping a communication line with me was vital and necessary for me to achieve my goals elsewhere, while he did all the work on my case afar.
