If Jack Barnicle is not your attorney, you have the wrong one. Jack and his paralegal, Amy McTigue, represented me in a very complex custody case that lasted nearly two years. To say their efforts were outstanding would be an understatement. They are very knowledgeable, fair, patient, and attentive to detail. What sets Jack and Amy apart from other attorneys is the fact that they genuinely care for their clients and aim for the best interest of the child rather than just in it for a “win”. They provided great guidance throughout and explained each step of the process to ensure I was well prepared. Jack and Amy did an excellent job reassuring my concerns and were very responsive and readily available, including weekends. Jack is humble yet fierce in the courtroom and his unique approach will warrant the outcome desired. Though I am relieved that the case settled, I will miss Jack and Amy as they are genuinely great people.

I called Jack and Amy and after our initial conversation, I finally felt my case was in good hands. I began my divorce with an attorney in my area, in 8 months it had become a “3 ring circus” and completely out of control, I was going to loose everything, I knew this was wrong, and called Moncure & Barnicle. I left a message on their voice mail on a Friday evening and Jack returned my call that Sunday afternoon to briefly discuss my situation. Jack agreed to take my case.
