The secretary was not patient enough to be ultra-clear to understand exactly what it was I needed to understand, the policies and protocols. She expected me to understand what she was saying again and again instead of rephrasing it or getting me a supervisor. I have special needs that can be handled only by certain authorities, and the secretary refused to understand that part of me. Hence, I felt like she was treating me like a sub-human.

Called for custody public defender and talked to a paralegal named Colleen who was not helpful and caused more stress during an already stressful time. She tried to rush the process and was very rude. I asked for her supervisors name and number, which only caused Colleen to be more rude and add to my stress. Not worth the trouble. Hopefully her supervisor, Adele Fine, will give me a call back regarding my custody case and be more helpful during this stressful time.
