I had no idea that a fiduciary is just a test and a payment, then next day your a CEO of your own firm of two and you have the access and control over other peoples financial future. Check everything and then find a reputable financial institution. Not this lady. She is good at not being accountable legally. She knows the courts well. Just look up Monterey Court Website and type in her name in Probate Notes option.
