Dan helped me quickly settle an auto insurance claim I presented to him that was about to reach its statute of limitations. He was very responsive, had a great personality, was wonderful to work with, and helped me reach a settlement that was better than expected for both myself and my children. Despite a horrible first session ( one defendant without adequate authority) Dan kept working behind the scenes. I recently used Dan as a mediator in a complex multi party case. Despite a horrible first session ( one defendant without adequate authority) Dan kept working behind the scenes. We eventually resolved the entire case, despite competing theories by multiple defendants and complex issues with multiple plaintiffs. Dan is a pro who “gets it” . Critical: QualityDan is a great Attorney and know his stuff will talk with you and bring you on board just to stab you in your back As I quote ( I’m so sorry for what you went through had to be some very hard times what you went through anybody else would have flipped out Me and Bill are going to do why every it takes to get you recovered.) well Dan you did it made sure he did he’s job. Only thing he was not truthful with me as I was under the impression he would be after all that I went through know you have gotten paid and have no answer or anything to say I pray one day you look back and say to yourself or even ask God to forgive your wrong doing right is right and wrong is wrong but to take advantage of someone who don’t know the law is another thing. I will continue to pray for you and your law firm that you start doing what you say as you got paid more than you did and but watch God.
