I had a very complicated Divorce case and to make it worse, it was out of town. When i was looking for an attorney to represent me, i did not have an idea that i would end up using Antony. Mr Moreno was up to the challenge and as soon as i hired him he went to work and started working on my case. I have had very good feedback from Antony and i was always able to get a hold of him personally whenever i called his office. He would always answer or return my call within the same day even when he had trial all day. I thank Antony because he helped me navigate through the lengthy process and made it effortless whenever i needed him. Antony was very approachable and he even returned my calls on weekends whenever issues came up that could not wait until the next day. Antony was very attentive and he never rushed me to accept or make an offer that he felt was not in my best interest. Don’t expect the cheapest attorney in town. It was not always smooth sailing with my two cases and sometimes I got a bit frustrated but I’m sure that in the heat of battle, anyone will get frustrated. Anthony always kept a good head on his shoulders and dealt with me the best that he could. In the end, I feel that cases went the best that they possibly could have gone. I don’t think that the would be the case had I chosen an attorney based on cost.

Anthony is very nice lawyer, I’m sure he can do good work with certain people. I went to him for a divorce case dealing with only property, no kids. It was $200 for a consultation only. When I went to the consult I let him know I have no kids just a home to split and a truck to refinance to get my name off of it. I asked him about the real estate and how that would play out in the divorce. His response, ” I don’t know I’m not a real estate lawyer.” When he said that, I no longer felt comfortable with his law knowledge. Divorces deal with real estate, I felt like he should of had something to tell me. After that he said “Go talk to your ex and let him know you want to split the home in half, he needs to refinance the truck to get your name off of it, then whatever equity you make from the house needs to go back directly into taxes. If he agrees to everything you pay me $2500” I liked his plan EXCEPT if I wanted to make my own deal with my ex I would just do it myself through the state of Missouri and not pay $2500 for a lawyer to sit in his office and collect a signature. The other part of what Anthony said was “If he doesn’t agree, it’s $3500 and I’ll do the paperwork. There are no payment plans.” I understand lawyers are not cheap but I figured he would give me a better understanding of what to expect from splitting property in a divorce, plus, I have no kids!! This should have been an easy one for him. I’m just not confident with Anthony handling my case.
