One star isn’t even worthy of the amount of false advertisement this company portrays to have I am extremely disappointed with the fact that they not only rejected ONE case but in fact TWO with no reasoning or explanation on why the cases weren’t able to be acccepted. Sure they say it’s “FREE” unless they win and I’m not one to normally complain but if they say “no case is to BIG or too SMALL we take on ANY CASE, we are the BEST” granted do they even accept any cases or is this all a bluff???? Not for nothing but any of the people/ representatives that I spoke with on the phone were really nice and professional but no one can help or guide me in the right direction as needed I hope someone reads this and doesn’t move forward with this company but give it a try if you would like to lose hope in even having a case!
