Morgan & Morgan is great at getting a judgment on your case after signing your settlement letter they tell you you’ll get a check in 6 weeks I signed my settlement letter August 4th and it is now coming into October 4th and I still have not received a settlement check. I was told they have a check and they’re waiting on an accounting department to send them a settlement letter so that they can deposit the check they have for me it wouldn’t be so bad if they just tell you it’s going to take about 2 or 3 months that way you’re not planning anything but when they tell you you’re going to get something you plan for it and I called and I said I was going to take another two or three weeks which was okay just tell me that’s what it’s going to take instead I’m going to try to get you a check this week the week has ended and I have no check

Giving them the benefit of the doubt I came back to them a second time for disability. I was constantly moved around from lawyer to lawyer there. I was later dropped from them, about 3 weeks before going to Federal Court over my disability. Bottom line is I tried them twice and they dropped the ball in my case for whatever reason.

Absolutely the best attorney to hire for worker’s compensation is Ms. Lauren Smith. I had a horrible experience with a different and much smaller law firm in Fort Lauderdale. That attorney never advised me on anything. It wasn’t until I fired that firm and hired Morgan and Morgan, I realized hiring a smaller law firm was a bad idea. This attorney literally took half of the attorney fee for work not performed . Mr. Wells never did anything . I felt the work Ms. Smith did in a month couldn’t compare with what Mr. Wells did in eight.

Then you are put through their suit worthiness/easy to settle legal modeling system. Unless it’s a grand slam, they will not represent you. The fat old Morgan on the commercials does not represent the people. He represents easy cases he can settle for a quick cash grab. Morgan’s Army of attorneys are cowards that will not take 1 tough case. Go to your local attorney who does not cherry pick cases based on ease to settle. And easy money to the Morgan’s.
