There slogan literally States fourth people, but they turn you away if you have a house and have a fatal brain illness and need then to represent you in the Social Security disability case appeal. Go figure. There for anyone but them shelves. I’m a Medic on a Ambulance, I didn’t ask for this brain disease that took me from my career I loved. Now I can’t even get help to get fight to state, for money so I can pay the only three bills I have been forced to drop to so I can pay for them with my disability from work. But that will run out soon. Just like my memory, if going every day, more and more. I’m only 46 years old, single mom, with 2 kids. I’m going blind, and loosing my hearing. But these lawyers that say they are here for us will not take my case. HOW LOVELY OF A COMPANY ARE THE. I RATE THEM A –90%….

The intake girl spoke in broken English and really fast. She didn’t know anything about Social Security Disability even though that was her department. She didn’t allow me to answer her questions. I did not know if I had been denied SSI or SSD or SSDI or whatever acronym, she proceeded to read off the difference between each one, this took several minutes. I found the answer and was trying to break into her litany to tell her but she didn’t pause for breath. Everything she said was useless to me. Then she apologized and said they were given a list and if our answer didn’t match the order on the list she was to say they cannot help.

And John Morgan talks about his brother Tim getting a bad Attorney and that John Morgan wants to make changes. At his firm you can’t even come into the office to talk about your case. You have to talk only to a intake person only on the phone and only that person will call you back to tell you if they will take your case. And if they don’t take your case they will not tell you why. Stay away from this law firm, they got to big to care about the little person. Morgan & Morgan is not for the people

I had documented spine damage caused by the ambulance crew dropping me off the board in a doorway and crushed my spine . Morgan and Morgan had attorney contact me. I sent her my documents of the injury and she returned my paperwork and said she didn’t think we could win. It wasn’t a hard case to win but that’s where they left me. I now have a spinal stimulator and a cyst on my spinal cord that is inoperable. Not the best choice if you were to ask me.

I have a workmans comp case…everything went great till it came time to collect proceeds…I was told they needed to hold the proceeds for 2 weeks for the check to clear…. the end of the 3rd week was told it was sent to me..and supplied a tracking # ..that if its USPS…the tracking # is 2 digits short. So still can’t track. ..have been playing email tag with Paralegal (brittany Cowart)…..trying to locate check….requested overnight delivery….(because it’s been some time now with no income).was told by attorney.. (Brook patterson) ..getting my proceeds to me was a priority ..but that doesn’t seem to be the case…instead of overnighting me the check ($20.00 ) they chose to priority mail. ..(snail mail ) to me …now we are over a week since told it was sent and still no check… I know it’s not a lot of money to them but it is to me right now….. a million dollar company and they chose to save the $20 instead of making sure I got my proceeds ASAP.. not happy with the way distribution of my proceeds were handled.once they were paid almost ($20.000 )I feel I was no longer a priority.I have 2 other cases pending with morgan and morgan… that I will seek other representation for..I hope this review help someone else searching for representation ..(update) just received another email from Mr Patterson…informing me that.. per our contract they would have overnighted it to me but they would have to charge me for it !!!! Wow !!!! Would have paid for it …..requested it
