My experience: Called and 2 very entry level people, agonizing, before being told can’t take case… was even willing to pay out of pocket just to get records not being given. First, website misleading on how great they are, in that for the people, deep pockets / resources to take on virtually any case, etc… Second, they don’t even run the call center in proper fashion. Why ask for so many details about me, burden me – when they won’t accept a person with reasonable expectations (never asked what I was looking for), clearly, not all are worthy to YOU and your viewpoint is best… my hard lessons of the day. Feels like lies presented that got me to call. Case-in-point, they got much information (slowly and painfully) up front – and never did they check for conflict of interest, in advance. Belittling!!!!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

The absolute worst experience on the phone. Not one person could speak English clearly, which makes no difference to me except in customer service situations. They passed me around to FOUR different people in different departments, not one took notes about what I was saying, they just kept transferring me. The last lady was so bad at her job she couldn’t even read her transcript correctly. She kept stumbling through the same lines over n over which means not a lick of sincerity. And they make you listen to the guy’s story over n over about how much he cares. After 45 minutes, she comes back to tell me they’re not interested in taking the case. I have no idea why bec/ she could pronounce any of the words she was reading. How does a company choose these ppl to represent them? I think I dodged a bullet. ThNks for wasting an hour of my time
