Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueWe used Morley Thomas to settle a trust estate and establish a new trust and they were terrible! The lack of communication was horrendous and truly unacceptable for a professional law firm. The only way to reach someone was to physically go into their office. DO NOT USE this law firm!

Although there were a lot of communication issues during our situation that I was not pleased with, I do appreciate the effort made to make the situation right by the office staff after the fact. Which did end in a mutual acceptance.
