Very rude and condescending. The two staff members I have had the “privilege” of speaking with were over the top rude. The secretary is very sweet. Joel Lonowski literally yelled at me over the phone because I have a debt and very low income. He yelled, “Pay off your debt ! That’s what you can do !” EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Whole staff has poor communication and too busy to really care. Found out too late they also do a pre-paid legal service, so if you’re a regular paying client, it seems that your case is not a priority because they try to push the “pre-paids” out faster. Name changed in this review for obvious reasons.
