Within 3 months of moving into my first home in an HOA community I found myself needing a lawyer regarding the planting of trees in my backyard. After countless consults I landed at Morton McGoldrick and was paired with Daniel K. Walker. For a little back knowledge, the community my partner and I live in we are the youngest couple by 20 years, at least. The situation was silly, but we knew we did not wanted to be taken advantage of and wanted to feel comfortable living on our own home. When I tell you Dan knows what he is doing and came through for us, please believe me.
