Didn’t take too long getting in and they were very helpful to me by telling me exactly what I needed to ask the lady at my car insurance company for and they faxed it right over…I don’t know why they couldn’t accept my digital insurance card… in their defense they warn you, that they dont accept digital copies of insurance, with a sign posted on the wall…but I still would love to know why they can’t.

Complete waste of time. I waited a month for my appointment today and there’s no way to contact an actual human being when you call with a question. 5 minutes late to my appointment because I couldn’t get ahold of anybody there and now I have to reschedule and wait another month because of THEM. I don’t understand why it’s so hard for someone real to pick up the phone and answer a question, it’s annoying and frustrating to drive all the way out there for a big “screw you.”

They have no clue what they’re doing. You’ll have to go four times to accomplish one task, each time you go they’ll either have a new paper for you to fill out or they’ll request a new piece of information that wasn’t mentioned last time. It is however a necessity so beggars can’t be choosers.
