Critical: Professionalism, ResponsivenessChild lawyers are supposed to be there for the child and do what is best. Miss Miskell does not always work with the childrens best interest in mind. She is easily manipulated and can not keep her facts straight. She never returns phone calls but then shows up in court and lies to the judges and says she is unable to make contact with the party in question but we all know she never made the call. She needs to stick to what she knows and clearly that is not children! Let’s not even get into her poor judge of character… I do not recommended her for anything family court related. Or anything at all for a matter of fact, not after the horrible and gruesome encounters we have had. Lawyers are supposed to care and she does NOT. Alan Miskell doesnt return phone calls. His assistant doesnt either. 2 hours before closing on our house he threatened us saying hes going to hold money from our escrow if we didnt put our tv mount back on the wall. When we got to our new house there was no tv mount where it was. He did not doing anything for us or return our calls about it. He set us a letter saying take to court. So as long as he gets paid he doesnt care after that. Do not use him. He charges 675 for closing and he coouldnt even find the checks he had to bring with him to closing. You can get a good lawyer for 400 for a closing like we did with our first home. Do not use this hack job!!
