I have to say, I chose this Law firm specifically for Alison Briggs. I looked at a few firms, but went with My AZ Lawyers for the experience Alison had in family services. In all honesty the process was worrisome at times, due to the inability to have face to face interactions with your attorney (very sensitive case). One simply cannot convey so much potentially and crucial information without leaving out something/email back and forth. (Thanks Covid-19) That being said, I wasn’t disappointed in the outcome of my case, nor the performance of my attorney and her staff. Would I recommend My AZ Lawyers, Absolutely! Why not 5 stars? Every staff member I have had contact with at My AZ Lawyers has been absolutely helpful, courteous and kind. Having to file a bankruptcy is a difficult and trying decision, but the staff at My AZ Lawyers definitely helps ease the pain and no matter what question you may have they will provide you with the right answer. I have never been more satisfied with a lawyer office before!!! As soon as I called, everyone on the team that assisted with my case was amazing. I was in the worst situation I could imagine and the dedicated team at My AZ Lawyers were so understanding, compassionate, and caring to help me out. They weren’t judgmental towards me or my situation and actually treated my like the human I am (even laughed at my jokes and felt the pain I was in). I was not viewed as a payment. Absolute best law firm around!!! I had no choice but to take my 3 year old, and they were so patient with me, and gave her so many things to play with! I Went in not knowing exactly what to do, and all of my questions were answered right away, with no hesitation. Would not recommend, watched my fiance literally just gave her money taken while they did nothing. They held her credit card hostage and kept charging it despite not making progress on the case or even trying to fight it. They got her awarded 260 dollars child support for 2 kids after a 10 year marriage, they didn’t fight for the house or alimony, but still kept charging her card and it’s been months still no child support payments but the lawyers of course keep taking money for whatever the reason is. This case isn’t hard it’s actually very simple it isn’t even contested. I have even consulted with my own person Maryland, Massachusetts and Arizona lawyers that I would gladly recommend over these people, about this situation and they agree this firm should not be having this much difficulty with a client. Just know these people will take your money and not answer the phone.

It goes from sugar to….. real quick! Very helpful and communicative right up until they’re not. It’s almost like the attorneys mean well but then once their assistant takes over your lost in the process. On court day, the judge had all types of misinformation. Now I’m not sure anything was done correctly. No responses to emails, always a different person when you call, and have yet to receive a call back for any instance. I blame myself for rushing
