I was not kept in the loop of my case. I had to stand on them to find out anything. And the medical bills were taken out of the bodily injury part of the settlement instead of taken out of the other person’s medical coverage. Which basically meant money I was entitled to what to pay for medical bills which I feel was dishonest and basically made me pay for the medical bills because the money that they had to take for medical instead of using their medical coverage end up coming out was legally mine. I would not recommend this firm to anybody. I know I will never use them again

Me and my Passenger were hit by a kid texting and driving. I chose NST and she decided to not be represented. I helped with most of her paperwork and talking and she received her settlement 2 months ago, NST has taken their time and has admitted to me that one of their employees wasn’t doing their job and that’s why it was partially taking so long. She received a little under 3k and I am receiving a little over 2k due to lawyer fees in another month. I would not recommend NST because you will feel like you won’t even be able to contact half of the people who know anything about your case.
