Critical: ProfessionalismAfter our meeting I left my contact information (due to being told this was the one of the only lawyers in Gaston county for DMV hearings) after a very stern interview very forward and disapproving. I had paid my $200 just to pull records (which is $10 from dmv) only to get an email and no call or voicemail when I made it a point that I communicate mainly by cell phone and leave a voicemail if I am at my business or class. Now im out of $200 which I hope my guy spends on therapy to relax a bit. Just hope anyone else who wishes for professionalism knows what went on here. & it could’ve been a bad day or emotional time but attitude and that treatment wasn’t needed. I had been charged for 2018 DWI but since I have redeemed myself, 2 degrees plenty of volunteer work and my own business. I don’t even know where to start besides saying how thankful I am not to be in jail and I owe that to Mr. Neece. I did not research other lawyers in the area and I’m glad I didn’t. Don’t bother reading reviews…go sit in a courtroom and watch other lawyers and pick which one you want to represent you…I was with my cousin in court and saw him and asked one of the officers who he was and that’s how I got his name. I’m just very thankful and I can’t say it enough. If you ever find yourself in a bad situation like I did (wrong place at the wrong time), this is the lawyer I recommend. Mr. Neece will fight for you.

Very disappointed. I would not recommend them to other folks. If you are looking for a good attorney I recommend speaking with several before putting any money towards them. Especially when you work hard for someone. I felt I was taken advantage of and indeed was mislead by miscommunication. Some folks will have good experiences and other times they may not. I did not. Good luck. I rate them as a 1 star.
