Nate is an amazing attorney!!! We contacted him from Texas when my kids father went to jail here on a charge he got in South Dakota about 10 or 11 years ago and he never once hesitated to help us. He took payment over the phone, made a deal for release and set a court date that was possible to meet due to the fact that the trip would be so far. No matter what time of day we called (even on weekends) Nate was there to answer any questions we had and walk us through what needed to be done. Our family owes him and his firm great gratitude for all they have done and continue to do. He is more than worth the fee he charged us and it was actually less than we expected. Thank you so much Nate for making sure Mike could come home to his family!

Nate is a great attorney! I came to the 2020 Rally from another state and unfortunately got picked up for a DUI. Nate was able to get it reduced to a reckless driving. But he didn’t stop there. He made it so I never had to come back for a single court hearing which saved me a ton of time and money in travel expenses. He also bent over backwards to get me the time I needed to resolve the case in a way that kept it from showing up on background checks, made it so my home state DMV did not find out about the charge so I had no driver’s license issues and he even made it so my insurance company did not find out about it. I am so thankful I hired Nate. He is well worth the retainer.
