Joseph handled my divorce and made it super simple. He was incredibly professional and always punctual about keeping me updated. Steve not only picked up where it was left off but, also sorted out the sensitive areas that Long Okura never addressed during court. My divorce was highly complicated that involved investment properties. My ex’s Defense counsel had it easy with Long Okura but, not with Steve! I wish I could add more stars to this review. Thank you Steve for your compassion, empathy and fight in swiftly closing that nightmare of a Divorce! Joe is a lame excuse for an Attorney. He uses fear and idle threats to bully his own clients as well as the other Attorneys and their clients. His tantrums in the courtroom are embarrassing and the Commissioner had to put him in his place multiple times. He openly lies and provides half truths, both spoken and on paper. He drags things out forever. Avoids his share of the work, shows up late and leave early. He just doesn’t “play” well with others. He is unprofessional and rude. If you’re going to battle against him. You better have a good Lawyer who has your back and can’t be easily confused by his nonsense.

Joseph l Nemelka, He is attorney for my nieces mom. They are very unprofessional. Made a joke of himself in the courtroom. So much so he was the talk of everyone in the elevator. Tried to use his 20 years of experience as a excuse to get what he wanted in the court witch didn’t happen. He made a scene in the hallway by yelling at me in front of my 5 and 6 year old kids and tried to have me thrown out of the court house by the Bailiff for talking to him in the hallway. Witch didn’t happen as he hoped. Sad excuse for an attorney.
