I found Yana by doing a basic Google search and I couldn’t be happier to have found her! She was absolutely amazing: professional, responsive, empathetic, and most importantly, she showed humanity and that she cares. I had no idea what to do as she had no family that would step in to care for her. When your placed in a situation where you love someone so much who has no one there for her but you, is extremely scary. I did some research on Google and found Yana and her team. This team is absolutely amazing and they go above and beyond to make the process as simple as possible. They handled everything from the power of attorney to the Medicaid process and helped me secure her finances for her long term care. A few years ago, my closest friend started having serious issues in caring for herself. I had no idea what to do as she had no family that would step in to care for her. When your placed in a situation where you love someone so much who has no one there for her but you, is extremely scary. I did some research on Google and found Yana and her team. We have been waiting for 5 years to get a ruling on probate with this law firm. We have been getting more information from personal research than we have been receiving from her office. We have been trying to get a bill for 3 years, and just a simple call back with a status of what’s been going on, and were told that Yana is on vacation frequently or out of the office. . We had one contact who recently just been keeping us abreast of whats been going on and when we call the office we get the run around on where she is. We have another paralegal that has been put on the case and this would be the 5th one that we have to give new information to when Yana is fully informed of our case and who we are. This has been a headache with this law firm.
