She is so helpful, as someone else mentioned I don’t know where to begin but it has made a huge difference to me. I cannot recommend her services enough! She’s very responsive, a clear and concise communicator, and very well informed in her field. She follows up thoroughly and works with you to help you through the entire process to do things the right way and to keep your mind at ease.With the pandemic she is also very easy to work online withh over distance, and does so securely.For a very long time I was having a hard time finding a Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA) who knew what they were doing… And I’m just so happy I found nicole to aid me with an ITIN application and look forward to working with her again in the future!Nicole is incredible at what she does.
