Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueOur family suffered huge financial losses directly related to this firm’s inaction, literally.After supplying the firm with an important set of requested information to support presentments in court hearings (normal thing to do) the lead attorney in the firm “fired” my husband? for, as Phong described, “being counterproductive” ?? All money paid up front, no representation supplied(none).Because all of our family savings and borrowings went to this firm for legal protection and representation, we have no equity left to pursue legal recourse.Phong convinced my husband to represent himself in our hearing, but he failed to remind him of his 5th amendment rights which were highly necessary under the circumstances of my husband was under, and Phong realized his mistake afterwards and advised my husband of the 5th amendment rights AFTER his hearing, which we have on recording !!!After coming to, from emotional, psychological, and physical stress from the entire botched legal process, arbitration with this firm is past it’s statute of limitation.Avoid these folks if you know what is good for you.Our family suffered huge financial losses directly related to this firm’s inaction, literally. …More
