Terrible experience!!! Shannon was assigned to me (which my text message appointment reminder had originally said I was with someone else) and she was absolutely awful and very rude. She wanted a cut and dry case that she did not want to have to do any work for. She did not listen to anything I said and continuously cut me off. She was not helpful at all. There is a reason why they are “free.” Do not bother wasting your time with them. Their criteria on the webpage does not match what Susan said.
