I am an experienced attorney that has been practicing law for over 25 years. When I was served with divorce papers in April 2019, I thoroughly researched all matrimonial law firms within a 30-mile radius of my location (Rockland County) in addition to asking my colleagues who they would use if in need of a divorce attorney. The name that kept popping up over and over again was Nolletti Law. Throughout the entire process, Jim and his team, especially Bill Cally, with whom I worked most closely, provided excellent advice and counsel throughout my representation and navigated me through the frustrating, and oftentimes bizarre, maze that is a divorce case. From custody to separate property claims, to settlement, I always felt that I was part of a team of expert professionals whose only interest was representing my interests and that of my children. At every phase of my case, I was able to thoroughly assess my options and feel confident in the strategy that Jim’s team and I agreed upon in prosecuting this matter. Communication is key in any litigation, and more so when the subject matter is as personal as a divorce. Jim’s team answered every question I had and responded to such questions usually within the same day. After a long-drawn out contentious affair that lasted over twenty-eight months, I am thrilled to state that my first decision in selecting Nolletti Law was easily my best and most important decision.

I have never submitted an online review of any kind before, but I am now because Mr. Cally is simply outstanding. He handled my divorce case perfectly from beginning to end. Mr. Cally is extraordinarily knowledgeable in every aspect of New York divorce law. He is tremendously skilled in negotiating and in writing a contract that spells out in detail the exact agreement -on all issues, including child support, spousal maintenance, medical benefits, college costs, selling the family home, splitting up the assets, etc. My contract avoided all the potential pitfalls. I am sure of that because my divorce contract has now been fully executed. I am forever grateful to Mr. Cally for protecting me and for maximizing my benefit through his ability to negotiate strategically. What I care about most are results. I give Mr. Cally an A++ on results. A 10 out of 10. Additionally, Mr. Cally has a great personality and is very professional…very attentive, returned each of my phone calls and responded to each of my emails very promptly without exception. Getting a divorce was tough. But having Jim Nolletti and his team represent me was the easiest decision I ever made. Their knowledge, ethics and tenacity were invaluable. They know in detail how the legal system works, but also understand how personal each case is. Everyone, from legal assistants to receptionists to lawyers, listened to my needs and priorities.
