made an appointment 6 weeks in advance and the day of the appointment i received a call two hours prior and was told there was a conflict of interest. At the time i made the appointment questions were asked and the office confirmed there was no conflict of interest. Most unprofessional and they had 6 weeks to inform us that the appointment had a conflict of interest. In the balance is a 5 year old who was taking from the environment she loved and prospered from. Now this child is with a person who has had many issues regarding stability. This child is heartbroken and does not understand why she was removed from her comfort and love of so many people.
