Filled out his online form for a potential fraud case on my car. He contacted me and asked me to pay NC state to gather more documentation and information. I did as he asked and sent it to his email once I received it. Never heard back. I contacted twice to ask and follow up. Completely ghosted. If he didn’t want to take my case I would’ve understood. I feel as though having someone pay money for documentation for them and then never responding is just unprofessional.

Was really hopeful in the beginning. Communication started out excellent over the first 24 hours, with Attorney Norris stating he has handled several cases like mine and asking when a good time to talk more about my potential case was. Despite multiple follow-up emails and leaving two voice mails, no follow-up ever occurred in the last 10 days. A quick 30 second email would have sufficed to let me know you were busy, not interested in my case or something. But to ghost a potential client…that is just wrong. Doesn’t speak much for professionalism.
