If you can test somewhere else do it, this place shouldn’t bein business. First, there is no sign for the business on the directory and no sign anywhere that corresponded to the company I booked through, PSI. I found them by accident roaming around the office park. Second, this is a rundown facility, reminded me of the bathroom or office at the rear of a small grocery store or old gas station. Third, during covid they did not space out people doing testing. There was about 10 people in small room sitting 3 ft away from each other. Fourth, they are next to an archery range! So for hours I listened to arrows hitting the wall on other side of where I was sitting. Earplugs and ear muffs couldn’t drown out that noise.

If you ever need a receipt for reimbursement from an employer, don’t even bother going to this location . They claim they could not provide a receipt on the day of fingerprinting. After several back and forth calls with them and weeks of waiting after they claimed they’ll send it via email- I never received the receipt. I will never trust a cash-only business again for this type of service.

The gentleman on duty today was friendly, patient( when the copy machine acted up) and respectful. Office was clean and neat and chairs spread apart for social distancing. All in all a well executed operation.

Place is a dump. Cheap folding tables and the heat was cranked up to 85 degrees. I question how this is even considered an official PSI test center.

Fast and easy. Helpful, easygoing and courteous staff, just like the Hingham location!! There’s parking out back which you can access at Union St when you take a left going towards the Gulf Station so it’s pretty easy to access once you’re in the area. If you park out front however, watch out for that exit.

Terrible experience the it system needs to be updated confirmation numbers if you pay by credit card online do not show up with the proper ID number so the person taking the fingerprints is unable to process your ID and account it’s almost as if you have to commit a crime to get your fingerprints it’s a crime that they don’t have a better system!!!

I had an appointment to verify my I-9 but the location was closed with no notification except this sign on the door. You’ll also notice that there is no phone number to call, and if you called the number for the location no one picked up.
