They’re software is so bad. It’s not clear what is required half the time or why something isn’t working. It’s just paragraphs of identical text no matter what the error is. And then basic fields do not work like noting a second person isn’t available. Just find something else that isn’t terrible.

I used this company to get a document notarized. The process took four hours. I was passed to two different notaries. I had to upload my ID information twice. When I was finally able to speak to a notary it took her several hours to review the document. When the session was over I was assured I would receive the document. I did not. Over the next several days I was told that the document was too large because of attachments. Attachments that they added to the document. Not me. When asked to receive the document they told me I would have to complete the entire process all over again. I asked to speak with someone and was told they ignored the requests. They didn’t even offer to pay for the second session. This is a terrible company. DO NOT ISE IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They do not care about their customers. The company replied to me and I still believe they deserve a terrible rating.

My husband and I spent four hours trying to get a document notarized from this website. It was an extremely painful experience. The technology was slow. We had to upload everything multiple times. The notary took forever to get everything done. When it was completed we were told we would receive the documents immediately. We did not. We were told by the e notary that she contacted the owner of the company and was told that everything was fine and that we would have the document in a half hour. Several hours…then several days later we still did not have the document. I work and therefore cannot just immediately try to do this again as was suggested. That doesn’t make sense anyway because the notary signed everything. There is no reason we should not receive the document. My husband has tried to contact customer service. He has to email a support person who just apologizes but never allows him to speak to anyone. They charged us twice for the i ital service. We had to request those charges be reversed. We are now being told we have to redo the entire document and that we will have to pay for the session. The document was completed the first time. None of this makes any sense. They refuse to contact us. They have no regard for their customers. Save your money and go somewhere else. Bottom line don’t trust trust fund babies to start a business where they care about other people.
