If there was an option I would give Mr Nowell a 0 star rating . Around 9 months ago, had a serious child custody/divorce case I had hired Mr. Nowell to represent me. He had no desire whatsoever to fight for me and was pure lazy.he basically told me 2 weeks before the court hearing your case requires too much time and tried to refer me to a different attorney..after giving him a lump some upfront, I had to put more down for a trust that he said I would get back if nothing further happened. When he decided he didnt have the time to represent me anymore, he upcharged me some crazy amount for emails and calls so I only got alittle over half of it back . I was very upset and emailed him and he never even had the decency to get back to me. I would not recommend him to anyone I know.
