Utterly incompetent. She Threw away my opportunity to overturn an egregious child custody order made in my absence, because she didnt know that I had 12 weeks to file a challenge, despite me questioning her repeatedly about it. Then to add insult to injury Filimon forgot to file the only piece of paperwork she was asked to do!
