Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI used Ms. O’Brien for a wreckless speeding ticket (speeding over 20mph) it was supposed to be a straight forward case until she brought up a completely unrelated case from seven years ago which was taken care of….seven years ago. Mentioning this prior potentially escalated this case and made it far more serious then what it was. Fortunately, the judge still dropped the ticket down to a less serious charge than what it was before thanks to a little community service and driver improvement course. I knew as soon as I met Mrs. O’Brien that I had found the best possible lawyer for my case. She was determined and had a drive about her that you don’t see in most. Honestly she reminds me a lot like my mother. She kept me on point with what I needed to be doing through my custody case with my ex. She continuously reminded me to stay focused and do what was best for my son. Yesterday Crystina O’Brien defended a family member in district court against an unjust traffic citation. I watched Crystina successfully argue on our behalf, had the ticket thrown out, and thus avoided a costly traffic ticket and likely increase in auto insurance cost. As it pertains to Ms. O’Brien’s service, let me just say it was a little money VERY well spent! The last words from the judge were, and I’m quoting here: “Case dismissed, Ma’am, you hired a very good lawyer”. I doubt you here a judge say that very often.
