Went to the store to buy a laptop. No laptop on shelf just cards, I figured it was a security thing. Cashier rang it up and called to have someone get me the laptop. A lady manager came to register and told me that I was supposed to go upfront first and ask for help. No signs were up stating this and the Cashier didn’t know. Manager gave me a headache explaining different laptops trying to sell me a very expensive one. I felt bad for Cashier, she was very nice but wasn’t trained properly. 2 days later still no credit on my account. I will never go there again

I stopped here to reload my PayPal card. I was first told that the service wasn’t available at the store after I insisted the lady at the register when to the back and came back and said the service is available but they are not allowed to do it at that location as per policy from the loss prevention department. I asked to speak to a manager she said she was the manager but refused to give me her name. I said ok I left the store. I stood outside the store to call the corporate office to confirm that the store wasn’t allowed to offer the service. While on hold the so called manager came outside the store and started arguing with me & accusing me of lying about receiving the service at other locations. I told her I did not want to speak to her I’m calling corporate. She continued to try and argue with me as if trying to intimidate me to leave the property. This went on for about a minute or two me trying to end the conversation and the so called manager pursuing the argument untill she noticed a line forming inside the store where she was the only employee on the floor. Ive been an assistant manager and never at any company is it ok to leave the store unattended to go outside and start an argument with a customer. This is a very bad look on the office Depot brand. I personally will not be shopping at or using office Depots services anymore due to the unprofessional manner of their management

I had a Murphy’s Law kind of afternoon trying to make 100 copies for a presentation for this week and it felt like all i did was interrupt the very busy staff for help including getting my AirPod that fell into the copier- yes my AirPod fell into the copier! The staff could not have been more patient and nice to me and I was feeling so cranky while trying to maintain my composure and pleasantries . I was even helped out to the car. Their kindness helped me laugh at myself and the humor in this minor personal drama in life . Thank you guys so much !
