Withdrew in response to a fee dispute following my attempt to contest the charges associated with attending a false hearing. Then I attempted to contact the business owner to provide an opportunity to remedy the situation only to be accused by the receptionist of making threats, repeatedly. I also attempted to reach out to accounting to ask questions about their invoices and how to interpret specific line items only to get hung up on repeatedly. Yet they continue to bombard me with automated notices. Submitting a report with evidence of incompetence, promises not enforced, unethical billing practices, improperly coerced collections to IARDC. Maybe others will do the same.

Initially we had met with Reese and she had done a bulk of our work for us. A few months later we were notified that she no longer was with the company, so we were initially worried. It took alot for me to write this review , as it is my first in a while.But I retained them almost a year ago and I only talked to Matt one time. I have called several times and left messages. They used all the money they wanted and some. Plus they keep sending me bills and emails that I owe them more money. I paid it and they still want more.I called to complain one more time a couple days ago because they sent me a certified letter that they were not going forward to help me till I gave them more money. The girl that called me back At first I was thinking to talk about helping me. But man I was wrong. She was the girl that only collects money!! I had told her what was going on and she said she would have the owner Kevin O’Flaherty call me. Well it has been three days and no call. I am so upset that I received a email today from them asking for more money!! Can you believe this no call but they want more money. I am writing this at 2am because just can’t stop thinking about this and all with what is going on with Covid , the election and just hard to financially survive I just can’t believe I am going through this.
