I like this company at first, then had to help the attorney find correct documents to file. The attorney made spelling errors I pointed out, got charged for telling them to revise. Case closed paid final bill, they started sending more invoices. You get invoiced for them sending final bill. My wife called and paid final bill (due to them not responding to email)and we got charged for calling in to pay final bill and for email. If you are charged to make final payment when does charges stop? This is a joke!

I had a terrible experience with this firm. They gave me bad advice which cost me thousands, sent legal service to the wrong address and then charged me for the time it took me to explain to them their error and a second set of fees for correcting it. I speak to a different person every single time, wasting time which costs me money. They charge you again to respond to inquiries about other unauthorized charges. It’s a cycle that punishes you for questioning their practices, always resulting in more and more charges. Unresponsive, unprofessional, unhelpful, and generally a never ending nightmare.

Withdrew in response to a fee dispute following my attempt to contest the charges associated with attending a false hearing. Then I attempted to contact the business owner to provide an opportunity to remedy the situation only to be accused by the receptionist of making threats, repeatedly. I also attempted to reach out to accounting to ask questions about their invoices and how to interpret specific line items only to get hung up on repeatedly. Yet they continue to bombard me with automated notices. Submitting a report with evidence of incompetence, promises not enforced, unethical billing practices, improperly coerced collections to IARDC. Maybe others will do the same.

I have never seen a worse law office than this one. They don’t return calls. They charge you for reading emails. They ask you for more money every month. We retained them over 5 months ago and their $2500 fee has gone up to $5500 Ana absolutely nothing has been done. We are not the Kardashians or Buffets and can’t keep throwing good money after bad. We have never had a court date even though Matt Dorich promised that we would be in court by December 6th. It’s bad enough that we are being subjected to unfair treatment by the baby’s mother, but this law firm doesn’t have any compassion for the situation and their client. If you are looking for help, don’t look at the O’Flaherty law firm. They are not your friend.
