Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueI terminated him and afterwards won my case as a pro se litigant in a civil lawsuit against me. Judge determined zero damages to be awarded to plaintiff. Of note, according to Okla statute plaintiff has 60 days to submit evidence after filing. Yet, they didn’t (because they had none and were forced to admit in court there was none,). No motion to compel discovery, no interrogatories submitted to opposing side. Nothing. I took over my own case and could do more with Google!Yep, thanks for nothing but wasting my time and money. I terminated him and afterwards won my case as a pro se litigant in a civil lawsuit against me. Judge determined zero damages to be awarded to plaintiff. Of note, according to Okla statute plaintiff has 60 days to submit evidence after filing. Yet, they didn’t (because they had none and were forced to admit in court there was none,).
