Jimmy Oliver of Delacerda and Oliver is no longer allowed to practice law in Oklahoma. As of 07-19-2022. Their offices were closed for good reason as they were fraudulent in many activities that amounted to fooling the public into believing they were “the best attorney’s in the state”. If they were “the best attorney’s in the state” their caseload wouldn’t have dropped drastically since 2017, they wouldn’t have had to lie and take a PPE Loan, and their offices would be open to the public. The facts are, they were con’s. The have been sued in fed court, and are being sued for wrongful death among other tort claims to include interference with investigations, forced adoptions, to include fraud on court. They did not help the communities they practiced in, they destroyed the trust in court and ruined families. If you used their services then chances are your children need counseling from persons interdependent of the city of Stillwater.

Melissa DeLaCerda and Jimmy Oliver are the worst attorneys I have ever retained. They did not manage to collect the attorney’s fees I was owed even though I had a slam dunk case against the defendant. They did not even manage to throw him in jail even though he was barely able to come up with the money to comply with the repayment plan on bills that were over a decade old!!!! I had to file for bankruptcy to avoid paying my other bills just so I could come up with the money to pay them. After all this, I haven’t even received enough money from the defendant to recoup my attorney’s fees (which again I did not get) to break even. I only have a high school education and have never worked in my life, I count on child support to be able to pay for all my bills for my four kids from three different dads. I am now in search of another attorney to sue the second dad so I can finally afford to live comfortably, without having to resort to finding a job. Non-custodial parents should pay for all their children’s bills!!! The only good thing I got out of this whole situation is that I get to claim them on my taxes.
