I hired Olivero Law Services to assist me during my divorce. Everyone there is always professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Communication, whether by email or call is always prompt. I worked mostly with Linda and she is AWESOME. If Linda didn’t know the answer, she would find out and get right back with me. Always a kind word of encouragement and plain ole human feeling when I really needed it. Ms. Olivero is very knowledgeable and knows how to get things done! Using this firm is like opting to pay a CPA to file your simple income taxes as a high school teen when you could’ve done it yourself by filling out your own 1040-EZ for free. I honestly wanted to like this firm and even stuck with them when they were running around like chickens with their heads cut off when the other firm stated they were ready for trial. It is my belief that Ms. Olivero or anyone at this mom and pop firm has ever been to a divorce trial unless it’s an easy one with no contests just like using a 1040-EZ. In a short few months they took $10,000 from me and nothing came out of my divorce and I was simply dropped because Olivero Law, out of the blue, claimed I was being rude to them throughout the process. Mind you, never in any of our communication, either via email or phone, was I ever told I was being rude to anyone or anything of that nature; however, conveniently after charging me $10,000 and when getting pressure from the other firm to go to trial, I, somehow and suddenly had become rude, and Ms. Linda, her assistant informed me over a phone call that I was being rude and just like that I had no representation. It wasn’t even the lawyer/attorney who told me this, it was Linda, the paralegal. This is my first time hiring a lawyer/attorney and also my first time ever leaving a google review; and neither of them are things I ever thought I had to do. It is also my belief that if you have a simple divorce, with no kids or multiple assets such as real estate, etc…, this firm might be for you, otherwise please stay away and get yourself an experienced lawyer/attorney with many years in the business. Olivero Law staff, you have my full permission to respond with any hard evidence, such as written emails from me or phone call recordings of me proving that was rude to any of your staff.

If I could give her zero stars I would. She was not on my side. She definitely loved the 7,000 payment she received within a month… all for her to withdraw from the case within a month of my hearing. Due to her wanting MORE money. Stay away from this firm if you want a lawyer that will be on your side. She constantly wanted to argue and not address my needs. Sure, attorney’s are to be realistic, but family law matters are tough enough and she made it extra stressful. The only good thing about the firm is Linda the associate who is a sweetheart, otherwise. Look elsewhere!
