Positive: ProfessionalismAlohaWhat I liked most about the Olson Family Law Firm was their complete & thorough professionalism and deep knowledge of the law – combined with the feeling of family aloha and old school Hawaiian friendliness and compassion. I appreciated Robert Olson and his staff for their empathetic concern while we negotiated very complicated & stressful and taxing situations. They were also very professional and clear when setting up my payments and describing how the client attorney communication would occur and function best. Robert was very knowledgeable about all my rental agreement termination questions / situations & obviously knew eviction law & proceedings as well if they were to be necessary. With his strong law knowledge and firm clear language & in one letter – we were able to get my non paying and verbally abusive tenant to leave my property in a month after squatting and not paying rent for six months. Actually there were 21 months of non or partial payments during covid 19 but thankfully government grants paid for 15 months of rent. So – gratefully I now have peace restored to my property and I can proceed and clean and repaint ( and have the place blessed and cleared ) and then find a kind and responsible tenant. Not only was my driver’s license in jeopardy but my captain’s license was as well. Peter was able to get the charge rescinded and I was able to keep both my licenses.
