Almost two years. I’ve had three paralegals and about the same amount of updates. There is no communication. When I signed with them the initial contact was amazing I was told I would have an attorney available not just be pushed off to a paralegal. Never once have I heard from an actual attorney. When I ask for an update I get a nasty no information response. I’ve given up on this. I do not recommend this firm I should have went with my gut in the beginning because I really don’t think onder cares at all.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews. HOWEVER, I was referred to Onder related to the Philips CPAP matter, and what a huge mistake! My reasoning is simple: 1. When you would try to supply information or inquire about the case, you would be met with an attitude that you were bothering them to the point of saying “calling us just slows our work down. 2. Without sharing details, I had been out of town, I received a letter they would no longer persue the case … over a week BEFORE they called saying they were considering dropping the car but wanted more information. I don’t suggest I know what goes on with massive torts …but this firm appears to only want to cherry pick looking for settlements … not the best interest of the client …. There are many many reasons I should still be part of th litigate pending. I have a new firm and they are exactly what I was hoping Onder WOULD have been. I would really think the before contracting with this firm.

I would NOT use them or recommend them. A total of 16 months since December 2020. They don’t communicate well. They never call me back from my calls into until February when I told them it starting the get unprofessional. My emails not responded too either nor text. I had to have my husband to call them to and finally got response. They lost the bills 3 times after I email them. No response still until I check back a month later and to request but I am paying you to get them. Then they say you not going to get rich who trying lol I only wanted to be paid for my pain and loss wages. Mind you I work over 30 years and I not even 50 so truly I believe in working. Lost the settlement form too. Never contact me back until I contact them again. It a NO for me it not about the money it the lack or communication all end, email text or call a month later they claim never got it. I am HAPPY after 16 case settled.
